The division will remain at 24 sides for the upcoming season with four new sides being introduced.

Atherton Laburnum Rovers and Euxton Villa have been placed into the Premier Division following their promotions from the First Division North.

Meanwhile City of Liverpool and Wythenshawe return to the NWCFL following their relegations from the the Northern Premier Division West.

Bury, Lower Breck, Colne and Squires Gate have also departed the Premier Division following their promotions and relegations.
