Dates for the diary

Longridge Town is delighted to announce its pre-season fixtures for the 2021/2022 campaign.

Town kick off away at Coppull United on Friday 25th June at 7:45pm, with Fulwood the visitors for the first game back at the MRG with supporters since October 2020.

Ridge then travel to Carlisle City on Saturday 3rd July for a 3pm kick off and host Garstang on Tuesday 6th July at 7:45pm before newly promoted Sky Bet League One side Bolton Wanderers and Sky Bet Championship outfit Preston North End are in town.

The Bolton game is on Saturday 10th July when the club will celebrate its 25th anniversary and play host to a family fun day with all sorts of fun, action packed events in store. Kick off is at 3pm.

Preston North End visit Longridge on Wednesday 14th July, also kicking off at 7:45pm.

Lancaster City and Southport will make the short trip to the MRG on Saturday 17th July and Tuesday 20th July, kicking off at 3pm and 7:45pm respectively.

Bamber Bridge then join us for 'Melling 5 Day', Saturday 24th July, another important day in the calendar dedicated to raising money for George Melling and his family, the MND Association and the Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience.

With over £12,000 already raised, both club's will be looking to significantly increase this on the day, for George.

Pre-season is then rounded off with Clitheroe the final opponents on Wednesday 28th July at 7:45pm.

This is ahead of the new NWCFL Premier Division campaign kicking off on Saturday 31st July.

Longridge Town thoroughly looks forward to playing all of our opponents, welcoming back supporters, celebrating its 25th birthday and raising lots of money for an exceptional cause over the course of June and July.
