The Opposition
Two leagues above in the Northern Premier League, Lancaster City sit 11th.
Chris Willcock has been in charge for just over a year, and his Dolly Blues have the most draws in the division with 12, but are still pushing for the play-off spots.
Former Preston North End midfielder Aaron Bennett currently plys his trade for Lancaster and is their top scorer this season with 7 goals.
Whilst former Bury and Kendal goal machine Tom Kilifin is on dual reg with the latter making him a possibility for this fixture.
Bennett isn't the only former PNE man on their books either, with left back Lewis Coulton starting every game at left back.
Their quality is evident despite a three game winless run.
Their most recent victory came in the form of a 3-2 win away at Bamber Bridge, with goals from Bennett, Shaw and Mansell.
Lancaster have played only 26 games this season, compared to Town's 35.
Of all sides who have won the LFA Cup, Lancaster have won 7, putting them 5th on the all time list, with the most recent win coming in 2020.
This will also be a first ever competitive meeting between the two.

Team News
Town will be looking to replicate something similar to our last LFA Cup outing, when goals Joe Adams, Liam Atkinson, Jordan Dainty and Lucas Wane helped Ashey's red overcome Northern Prem West side Clitheroe away from home.
Morgan Homson-Smith's second debut for the club came in the weekend's 3-2 win over Squires Gate.
The attacker played 20 minutes and managed an assist within five minutes of being on the pitch.
The Ridge will return home on Saturday 25th when we host Cheadle Town following tonight's game.
