Longridge now take on The Stang at home for the second time this season.
It was originally supposed to be played at Garstang's ground, however due to two consecutive postponements the fixture has been flipped and is now to be played at the Recycling Lives Ground.
Tickets for the home match against Bury will be purchasable from the ground at any time during the game.
The Opposition
Garstang will be looking for revenge as Longridge knocked them out of the LFA Cup on penalties back in late September.
Our soon to be hosts defeated our fellow Premier Division side Squires Gate 4-0 away from home to go through and face Longridge in the second round.
Now Longridge player/coach Zach Clark will be set to see some familiar faces after leaving The Stang to join up with Lee Ashcroft just before that LFA Cup tie.
As for the current side, they hover just above the First Division's bottom 3 in 14th. Their top goal scorer is now Andrew Murphy with 6 goals after Josh Hall moved onto FC St Helens.
The last time Longridge travelled to the Riverside was in the 2022/23 pre-season where the Ridge ran out 2-0 winners.
Garstang also faced Longridge in the 2023/24 pre-season where Garstang prevailed 2-1 winners over The Ridge in the George Melling Tournament final with Clark on the scoresheet for the visitors.
