The Ridge go into their second game of the season with three points already in the bag, following Leighton Hewitt's late winner against Burscough on opening day.
Town currently sit 6th in the table following the bedlam of Saturday, another win would do the football club the world of good.
The Opposition
Charnock Richard had a fantastic 23/24 season.
The Villagers won six games in nine days at the end of the season to steal a play off place from the clutches of Kendal Town, gaining national attention.
However, they were beaten 1-0 at Gigg Lane as Bury won their place in the final
Top scorer Rustam Stephens also moved to Bury in the summer.
They began the new season with a 0-0 draw with newly promoted South Liverpool.
No doubt Tuesday's encounter will be as feisty as ever.

Team News
There we debuts for Jordan Gidley, Nathan Whalley, Ben Whalley, Ben Trafford, Liam Atkinson and Owen Watkinson at the weekend.
Despite Liam's (dubious) sending off, all of which were magnificent if ensuring an opening day victory.
Unfortunately, new signing Tom McCann suffered a nasty knee injury in pre-season and is awaiting a scan.
Midfielder Danny Wilkinson has taken up a coaching role at the club whilst recovering from his serious knee injury sustained in the Isle of Man earlier this year.
