Club favourite Jack Anderton won the 2022 top scorer of the year award before leaving to join FC United of Manchester in the summer of 2022. However he later re-joined The Ridge just a few months later and made 26 appearances scoring 7 goals.Following a spell at Avro in the Northern Premier League West, Anderton returned once again to help 'the Ridge' to a 19th placed finish.
