Just one of those days i'm afraid.

A missed chance after 30 seconds, a missed penalty at 1-1, hit the crossbar, hit the post, a goal disallowed for a tight offside, two red cards, a deflected 90 minute goal conceded, and a 94th minute 'goal' not given despite clearly being 2 feet over the line.

Town not at their best, and Darwen played well, but one to move on from.

Paul Turner got the Longridge goal.

With the lead at the top of the table cut to just one point, Town welcome Lower Breck next Saturday in the Hallmark Securities NWCFL Division One North, with a 3pm kick off scheduled.
